Responsibilities:
Maintain residential painting schedule.
Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas.
Perform drywall repairs as needed.
Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry work.
Perform record keeping tasks associated with work orders.
Perform general labor under supervisor's request.
Perform snow removal duties when necessary.
Assist Lead Mechanic and P.
MMechanic as needed.
Keep repair parts inventory up to date.
Be available for emergency situations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
One - Three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of the above.
Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills necessary.
All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facilitySome of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status.
