Experienced, Licensed HVAC Installation Technician
Job DescriptionJob Description Position
Summary:
To provide planning and installation for a wide variety of residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems according to company/manufacturing standards and local codes.
Required
Qualifications:
- HVAC Tech CT license B2, D2 or S2 - EPA cert or NATE Certs - Valid driver's license with insurable driving record - EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License - Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in Service of HVAC equipment - Demonstrate willingness to invest time in service training seminars and classes - Safely work from extension ladders, step ladders, scissor and genie lifts - Knowledge to plan and implement design for most major brands of equipment in complex residential settings - Stong communication skills necessary to build customer longevity and loyalty - Demonstrate good customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly ideas and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkers - Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility, control non-productive time, breaks and time off - Experience in training and mentoring service technicians and apprentices - Accurately and completely maintain records, including web-based Customer Service Management System (Complete customer files may include job photos, drawings, equipment information, inventory summaries, warranty documentation and other applicable documentation)Company DescriptionBenedetto HVAC - Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning is a family-owned business that has built a solid reputation in the area by providing top quality installation, repair, and maintenance services on most major brands of heating and cooling equipment.
