15 am to 4:
45pm.
Duties include the following:
Maintain residential painting scheduled.
Maintain the esthetics of high traffic common areas.
Perform drywall repairs as needed.
Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC and carpentry work.
Perform record keeping tasks associated with work orders.
Perform general labor under supervisor's request.
Being available for emergency situations.
Perform snow removal duties when necessary.
Assist Lead Mechanic and P.
M.
Mechanic as needed.
Keep repair parts inventory up to date.
Here is a qualification we need you to have:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) one-three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of the above.
Good working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills necessary.
Salary:
$18.
50/hr.
