What you'll be doing:
Performing gage R&Rs, creating Inspection plans, leading APQP teams organizing PFMEAs, Control Plans, and PPAPs.
Working with industry standards and specifications to improve, audit and control the quality of the products.
Coordinating and guiding the installation of new methods and systems.
Working with manufacturing and inspection personnel, training for the needed skills to use these new methods and systems.
Coordinating statistical process control system.
Overseeing the day-to-day Quality Management System operation and adjust or modify, as required, to improve quality and reduce costs using SPC.
Working with Project Engineers to guide APQP activities such as PFMEA, Control Plan, and PPAP documentation.

degree in Engineering or similar discipline with at least three years related experience in quality control/quality assurance/manufacturing.
Quality systems knowledge including ISO9001/AS9100/PPAPs Hands-on experience with machining operations and inspection Knowledge of gage calibration, SPC, geometric tolerancing, inspection methods, MRB, corrective action resolution, first article inspection and others.
Able to work in and lead cross functional teams to perform APQP activities.
Demonstrated proficiency in using statistical process control systems, performing MSA studies, and performing root cause investigations.
