This is a full time day position, Sunday-Thursday, 40 hours per weekDuties include the following:
Performs major housekeeping duties including cleaning lobby, library, hallways, elevators, dining rooms, lounges, beauty salon, administrative offices, restrooms, guest rooms, recreational areas and residential apartmentsDuties include disinfecting, vacuuming, dusting/wiping down furniture, ceilings, walls, light fixtures, woodwork, baseboards, doors, handrails, sinks, etcSupplies items such as toilet tissue, paper towels, soap and plastic bags for wastebaskets for all common areasMaintains equipment and supplies in accordance with established policies and proceduresRecommends to Director of Environmental Services equipment and supply needs of the departmentComments on the condition and operation of equipmentInspects building on daily rounds and reports their findings to supervisorPlaces work orders for all maintenance issues that arisePicks up and removes trashMaintains a clean and orderly work areaAccomplishes all tasks in order of priorityReports to the Director all complaints in regard to the controlling of insectsParticipates in programs educating and orientating employees to the systems and procedures relating to the housekeeping operations, including life safety drills as scheduledFollows safety guidelines when performing tasksMaintains privacy of Residents in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Company policyMany roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination statusThis could include MMR, hepatitis, flu and COVID-19 vaccine statusIf you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you!EEO EmployerPerforms major housekeeping duties including cleaning lobby, library, Recommended Skills Housekeeping Use Vacuum Cleaner Clean Furniture Clean Room Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
